BajaOverland.com collects credit card information from you to process purchases from the website. Our Internet site employs secure server technology.
We make sure all transactions processed through BajaOverland.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard.  Online transactions statistically have been proven to be the safest form of credit card payment.  

Shipping conditions
In order to process every order efficiently, Baja Overland utilizes multiple delivery and shipping options which vary depending on types and quantities of items ordered.

For this reason, we are unable to give exact shipping costs until the item actually ships!

Shipping and handling fees will be calculated when your order is ready for shipment and based on method of delivery and shipping time selected by the customer.

An email confirmation will include the exact shipping cost and confirmation of shipment, when the item has shipped!

The shipping costs will be billed as a separate transaction

International Orders Payment Requirements
A transaction made with an international credit card must be shipped to the billing address of the card.  For our international customers, please contact by email at info@bajaoverland.com for orders and payment information.  Unfortunately, we may not be able to ship to some countries due to inability to insure items.  Please contact us for more information.

Replacement Policy
Every product we sell is guaranteed to operate as was intended by its manufacturer. We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product. If you are purchasing software, please make sure it will work with your computer before you order.  If you need to replace a product, please email us at info@bajaoverland.com
and we will provide you with a Return Number. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of the original order. We can only send replacements once we have received the defective item. 

All returns must have an Return Number.  We do not offer refunds for defective items, we only provide replacements for these items.

Please note: 

  • Product compatibility is your responsibility. 
  • Please make sure product you are purchasing is compatible with your needs/vehicle. 
  • We will not replace any items due to application incompatibility.

Taxes
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in California are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations within San Diego are subject to 7.75% sales tax and orders that are shipped anywhere else in California are subject to 7.25% sales tax.

Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error.

Other Policies - All manufacturers warranties apply to the manufacturers. We do not honor special promotions, policies, rebates, or warranties from manufacturers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All products available while supplies last. Manufacturers often provide end users with the bonus of a mail-in rebate after an item is purchased. Often, the rebate is a valuable offer that significantly lowers the net cost of the product purchased. BajaOverland.com is not responsible for any manufacturer's rebate and BajaOverland.com does not pay any manufacturer's rebate. The rebate is a transaction between the buyer and the manufacturer, and buyer assumes all responsibility for claiming any available rebates after paying the full purchase price to BajaOverland.com. All concerns regarding any manufacturer's rebate must be communicated between the manufacturer of the software and the customer. No OEM products qualify for rebates. BajaOverland.com assumes no liability regarding manufacturer's rebates

Service fees of up to 5% may apply for cancelled orders over $500. You must contact a representative the same day your order was placed before 4pm PST and cancel your order to avoid a service charge. BajaOverland.com reserves the right to charge your credit card if these procedures are not followed. Please email us sales@bajaoverland.com

Return Policy  
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items that are not defective. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, include all original packaging materials provided by the manufacturer, and MUST be in resalable condition. Shipping is NON-refundable. If you need to return a product, email us at: sales@bajaoverland.com  to get an Return Number. Returns or replacements must take place within 30 days of original order. Orders paid by check will be refunded by check. Defective items can only be returned for a replacement, refunds will not be made for defective items. All items are tested before refunds or replacements are issued. Please allow UP TO 15 business days for us to process the return.

Opened items can only be exchanged for the exact same item.

Cancellations & Changes to Orders
Any order cancellation or ANY ORDER CHANGES must be preapproved via email to: sales@bajaoverland.com
